A new year is a great opportunity to focus on what’s most important – your health and well-being. The Healthy Hearts! Healthy You! program is designed to give you support and resources to help you feel your best.

2023 Healthy Hearts! Healthy You!

Get Healthy and Be Rewarded

Take the first step toward better health in 2023 by registering for the Healthy Hearts! Healthy You! program. Just like last year, we are keeping it simple for you and your spouse. All you need is 500 points to earn your $500 Reward in 2024. Review the Program Overview and then get started! Here’s what you need to do:

Know Your Numbers: Earn 350 points.

Complete your Health Assessment Questionnaire and get your Biometric and Blood Screening.

Results and Behaviors: Earn 150 points.

You’ll receive points for results that fall in a healthy range or have improved since 2022. If you don’t hit the required ranges, you can earn points by:

  • Completing Wellness Challenges
  • Attending Health Coaching Sessions
  • Completing Daily Habits
  • Participating in virtual Healthy Hangout Webinars

Spouses Earn Too! Even if you don’t participate, your spouse can participate to earn points and rewards.

Virtual Healthy Hangout Webinars

Mark your calendars for ZOLL’s monthly Virtual Healthy Hangout webinars. ZOLL’s Wellness Coordinators will give you tips and tools on a variety of topics, such as sleep, fitness, nutrition, and stress management, to help you live your healthiest life. Plus, when you join at least three during the year, you can earn an extra 50 points toward your Healthy Hearts! Healthy You! Reward.
