Paid Time Off

Sometimes you need a day off. Because a balanced life is important, ZOLL gives you time away from work to take care of yourself, connect with your family, and be there in the moments they need you most.

We provide both Company-paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). PTO may be taken for vacation, sick and safe time, medical appointments, or any other purpose (e.g., rest, relaxation and personal pursuits, etc.).

ELIGIBILITY

All regular full- and part-time employees working 20 hours or more per week are eligible to accrue and use PTO.

  • Part-time employees working 20+ hours per week receive pro-rated PTO based upon their part-time status equivalency to a full-time employee
  • There is separate Paid Sick Leave available for eligible part-time/intern/co-op/per-diem employees in accordance with state and local laws.
PTO ACCRUAL

Eligible full-time employees accrue PTO at the start of each pay period based on the following rates:
