How it Works

The EAP offers:

Support when you need it:
- 24/7 availability on the phone, email, or chat for remote confidential consultations with Cigna EAP experienced clinicians.
Face-to-Face Visits:
- The EAP includes three counseling sessions for each person residing in your household.
- That’s up to three sessions per issue per member per year!
Resources and information:
- Access online information and webcasts from the convenience of your phone, tablet, or computer.
- In addition to live webinars announced each month, you can also access an entire library of pre-recorded webinars at your own convenience.
