Important Information about your Health Care and At-Home COVID-19 Test Kits
Approved over-the-counter (OTC) at-home COVID-19 tests are now covered under your ZOLL medical plan at no cost to you through the end of the Public Health Emergency Period. Every 30 days, your plan will cover up to 8 OTC tests per member. Click here to learn where to get covered tests and how to receive reimbursement for tests purchased out of pocket.
