With WINFertility, you have the tools to help you start your family, your way.

WINFertility Plan Features

ZOLL full-time employees who have been employed for 12 months are eligible for WINFertility at no cost to you.

WINFertility provides compassionate and confidential assistance to you and your spouse or partner. They offer a wide range of services for fertility treatments, surrogacy, and adoption. When you work with WINFertility, you’ll receive:

24/7 assistance from a Nurse Care Manager
Education on the adoption, surrogacy, and fertility treatment processes
Claim processing
Discounts at participating providers and agencies

ZOLL helps you cover the financial costs for family building solutions:

Fertility Benefit: You and your spouse receive benefits toward costs related to fertility treatments and fertility preservation. WINFertility will work with your ZOLL medical plan.
Adoption & Surrogacy: ZOLL provides a $15,000 maximum reimbursement for costs associated with adoption or surrogacy.
