• All ZOLL full-time employees (30+ hours per week) and spouses are eligible to participate in the program and earn rewards.
• You do not need to be enrolled in a ZOLL medical plan to participate.
• Adult dependents other than your spouse, will have access to the Healthy Hearts! Healthy You! portal but are not eligible to earn rewards.

ZOLL partners with WebMD to provide one place where you can find everything you need to manage and track your wellness progress.

You may visit the Healthy Hearts! Healthy You! Portal to:

• Register and create your account to customize your wellness experience
• Complete your Health Assessment Questionnaire
• Request to find out if you’re eligible for a free home sleep apnea test (HSAT)
• Schedule a Biometric and Blood Screening so you can learn your numbers
• Schedule time with a Health Coach to define your wellness goals and build your personalized program
• Complete a Daily Habits Plan
• Participate in Wellness Challenges
• Report a preventive health screening
• Find healthy tips, recipes and activities
• Track your Wellness Reward progress to earn $500

Create your account

• Visit the Healthy Hearts! Healthy You! Portal
• Input your Registration ID: Last 6 digits of your Social Security Number + Date of Birth
• Save your username and password

Your spouse can create one too! Your spouse must create their own separate account in order to participate in the program. If your spouse isn’t able to create an account, contact your local HR Benefit Advocate.

ZOLL Wellness Coordinators support you and your spouse by promoting activities associated with ZOLL’s Healthy Hearts! Healthy You! Program. Activities may include:

• Host the monthly Virtual Healthy Hangout, a webinar series that provides helpful information and tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Find out how you can be rewarded.
• Meet with employees to discuss their wellness goals, whether through virtual or onsite office hours or one-on-one health coaching when available.
