Did you know that one in five Americans experience a mental health concern every year? Developing good coping skills may help you navigate the ups and downs of life.

The choices you make every day have a big impact on your physical and mental health. By eating nutritious foods, getting quality sleep, lowering stress, and exercising regularly, you can take steps to protect your brain and body and reduce anxiety and depression.

Looking for a new workout routine? Try strength training. It has been shown to improve thinking, learning, and problem solving.

Bring Fun to Fitness

In the busyness of life, exercise can often become just another thing on our to do list. When our schedules become overpacked, it’s often the first thing that gets dropped. But exercise is one of the best things you can do for your physical and mental health. You get a boost to your mood, and exercise has been shown to reduce chronic disease. The good news is – you don’t have to rearrange your day to fit in exercise. The Daily Habits plan for June is designed to help you to sneak exercise into your day and have fun doing it.
