Walk Toward Better Health

A healthy lifestyle includes staying physically active. Not only will you reduce your risk of health problems, but you will also benefit from lower stress, improved sleep, and a better mood. To get the recommended 150 minutes of physical activity each week, change up your wellness routines with walking and muscle strengthening activities. Need ideas on how to get your steps in? Back to Basics with Daily Habits

Protecting your back and spine goes a long way to staying active. As back issues are a common source of pain affecting 80% of people at some point in their lives, it’s important to develop healthy habits that support good posture. Participate in the Back Health Plan to become more aware of how your habits and activities impact your back. Don’t forget to stretch!

  • All employees are invited to participate in the Moving and Eating While at Work webinar for “Healthy Living Hangouts”. Join us on Monday, May 23 at 12:00 p.m or 3:00 p.m. or Friday, May 27 at 8:30 a.m. to explore how to fit movement and healthy eating during your busy work week.
