With Healthy Hearts! Healthy You!, you can take your health to the next level:
- All employees are invited to participate in the Recharge Your Mind and Body webinar for “Healthy Living Hangouts.” Join us on Friday, April 1 from 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. ET, where we explore the effects of stress and how to practice self-care.
- Complete your Biometric and Blood Screening to get one step closer to earning your reward. You have three options for your screening:
- Register for an onsite biometric screening, happening through the end of April.
- Schedule at a Quest lab.
- Download a Physician Form for your primary care physician to complete.
