Discounts and Reimbursements
Life can be expensive. Between your regular bills and all the unexpected needs that pop up during the year, it can feel like money’s going out faster than it’s coming in. We know that you and your family want to be able to save on your everyday and one-time purchases. That’s why ZOLL offers an assortment of additional perks and discounts that help you enjoy life and save money.
At ZOLL, we believe that continuing education has a positive impact on both our organization and our employees. Through our Tuition Reimbursement Assistance Programs, we strive to support self-development and educational efforts by helping you pay for many of the expenses associated with continuing educational courses
Each of the ZOLL divisions has their own written policy, but many of the same guidelines:
- All active, full-time employees who have completed 12 months of continuous service are eligible
- Courses must directly help with your current job or prepare you to take on more responsibility
- Before your course(s) start, you must discuss your development needs and plan with your supervisor for pre-approval
- Maximum reimbursement per calendar year is $5,250 (non-taxable)
For more information about this program, please contact your local HR Benefit Advocate or review the policy documents for your division.
