Behavioral Health & Virtual Services
Behavioral health and virtual services provide the emotional and mental support you need no matter where you are. ZOLL’s medical plans include benefits for behavioral health in person or through virtual visits, where you can talk confidentially to a counselor or therapist without leaving your home.
UnitedHealthcare (UHC) and Aetna plans are dedicated to making sure all members can access behavioral health resources, no matter what. Whether you opt for Face-to-face office visits or virtual visits through your device, providers can evaluate and treat general mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.
UHC and Aetna partner with a variety of virtual mental well-being providers to extend access to licensed, in-network therapists for you and your family:
- All virtual services are confidential and available 24/7/365.
- Costs associated with these providers may differ slightly based on your medical plan enrollment, refer to your Summary of Benefits and Coverage by plan.
- Saver Plan with HSA members will pay 10% coinsurance after their deductible is met*.
- PPO90 members will pay a copay, which is not applied to their deductible*.

UHC members can reach out to the following virtual mental well-being providers for support.
Talkspace
Talkspace is a confidential online therapy tool that can connect you with licensed therapists via text messaging, audio/video messaging or through virtual face-to-face sessions. This alternative to in-person care is available to all UHC plan members, including dependents. Rates for specialized care may vary depending on your medical plan.
UHC members will now receive access to the full Calm Health app at no additional cost. Calm is the #1 app in the Apple and Google Play Stores for meditation, sleep, relaxation and mindfulness.
Whether it is Daily Calm (instructor-led mindfulness and mediations), Sleep Stories (some by celebrities), Music and Soundscapes for relaxation, or Breathing Exercises, the focus and variety of Calm content inspires continued/ongoing use to support an individual’s well-being.
Note: UHC members currently using Self Care by AbleTo will continue to do so during the roll out of Calm Health, but new members will no longer be able to register for Self Care by AbleTo.
