Workforce Well-being Scorecard
Gold recognition for 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024

The American Heart Association has defined best practices for employers to use to build a culture of health and well-being for their workforce. The American Heart Association’s Workforce Well-being Scorecard measures the extent to which ZOLL Medical Corporation has implemented those best practices. The scorecard evaluates the Company’s behavioral health and financial well-being programs, as well as strategies designed to promote health equity and address employee burnout.

Companies recognized at the Gold level have achieved a score of 183 – 216 out of a maximum 230 points, and ZOLL Medical Corporation has obtained this status for four consecutive years.

ZOLL Medical Corporation is proud to announce that we have received the highest level of recognition, the Leading the Way Platinum award from the Aetna Workplace Well-being Award program for the past three years. As an employer with a strong commitment to improving the health of our employees, we feature a comprehensive well-being strategy that our employees are passionate about. This award is the culmination of our employees’ desire to live healthier, more active lives and make well-being a priority.

In 2023, ZOLL was one of 14 companies to receive the Platinum level award out of 92 applications received. A peer review committee of well-being professionals scored all applications according to criteria including well-being strategy and design, communications and organizational engagement, and program implementation and evaluation.

The WorkWell Massachusetts Awards Program has named ZOLL Medical Corporation as an award winner in the large group category for exemplary worksite health promotion for four consecutive years. In 2024, ZOLL won first place in the Largest Company Category in Massachusetts. The awards, powered by Healthiest Employers, recognize ZOLL Medical Corporation’s achievements in providing best-in-class programs and supporting employees through a culture of well-being.

The goal of the WorkWell MA Awards program is not only to recognize those outstanding wellness programs in our communities, but also to share best practices across all Massachusetts employers. The Healthiest Employers Scorecard is used nationally to measure and benchmark key dimensions of a best-in-class wellness program.

The most-trusted U.S. awards program for people-centric companies has named ZOLL Medical Corporation one of the “Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America” for two consecutive years.
