You have three chances to enroll via Workday:

1. Within 31 days of your hire date. Coverage begins on your date of hire.

2. Within 31 days of a qualifying life event. Examples include:

• Marriage, divorce, adoption, or death
• Employment change
• Loss or gain of insurance coverage
• Dependent becomes ineligible (for example, your child ages out of coverage)

3. During the annual Open Enrollment period, usually held in the fall.

If you miss your enrollment deadline, you will have to wait until the next Open Enrollment period to enroll in benefits, unless you have a qualifying life event.
