Modern Health — your new mental health, well-being, and resiliency platform will be replacing the current Cigna Employee Assistance Program (EAP) effective May 1, 2025. Cigna EAP will remain available to all employees and their household members through April 30, 2025. Anyone actively engaged with Cigna EAP before that date may continue services for up to 90 days.

  • Take a deep breath. Practice a simple breathing exercise to help keep your stress in check.
  • Contact the Employee Assistance Program for confidential support anytime of the day or night.
  • Schedule a virtual telehealth behavioral health appointment to talk to a licensed therapist anytime, anywhere.
